As has been the case with many things the past two years, the Annual Meeting of the Ogden Golf and Country Club will not look like it has in the past. Due to current health quidelines, it is not possible to hold the Annual Meeting as a live, in-person event. This year the messages, typically presented at our Annual Meeting, will be recorded and available for viewing online beginning at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 9, 2022. All Members are invited to view this broadcast. If you are unable to view this in your home, the office staff will be available to arrange a later viewing of the broadcast for individuals at the Club by appointment. One of the matters traditionally handled at the Annual Meeting, is the election of the three new Directors of the Ogden Golf and Country Club by the Equity Members. Completed ballots may be mailed or hand delivered to the office. Ballots received after 12:00 pm (noon) on February 9, 2022, will not be counted.
Please note, a ballot for each Equity Member was mailed out at the end of January and included instructions on voting along with a short biography of each member nominated for this year’s class of Directors. For your ballot to count, you must vote for three (3) individuals. Nominations from the
