FITNESS CENTER

Our new state of the art Cybex equipped fitness center includes strength training and cardio equipment. We have 10 individual strength training machines, treadmills, total body ARC trainers, recumbent and upright bicycles, Bravo multi functional trainer (for more advanced training) and a 5-50 dumbbell set with rack. Free weights and benches are available for those that like that free weight work-out. Along with the Cybex equipment comes Greg Norman's endorsed golf fitness training program called "Sweet Spot" which will be beneficial to any member interested in golf specific fitness training.

Besides equipment, our new fitness center includes new flooring designed specifically for fitness centers, 3 plasma flat screen televisions, sound system upgrade, plus a vibrant and energetic 4-color paint scheme. 

We have also partnered with qualified trainers for members who want personal training.
